Annual General Meeting
Kamloops Pride Society's AGM is held annually between October-December. Members of the community are invited to learn about the past year's events and finances. Registered Society Members are also invited to vote on the incoming Board of Directors.
Kamloops Pride Society 2023 AGM
When: Wednesday, November 22, 2022 at 6:30pm
Where: virtual (Zoom)
Who: All members of the public are invited to attend and registered Society Members are invited to vote on new Board of Directors applicants.

How to vote: Voting at the AGM is open to all society members who are registered before the AGM. All society members are eligible to vote for changes to the constitution and elect new board members. If you would like to become a society member, please sign up here.
How to attend the AGM: Register for the virtual AGM here. The AGM is open to the public, but the Zoom link will only be sent out to those who register for the meeting.

If you are interested in applying for the Board of Directors, please fill out the application form here before 6:30pm on November 11, 2023. Please read all of the linked documents before applying and ensure you understand the roles, requirements, and expectations. There is a monthly minimum time commitment of 10hrs (plus meetings) and a monthly minimum event attendance. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@kamloopspride.com.
