Scream Queens: A Queer Club Experience
Welcome to Scream Queens: A Queer Club Experience! Join us this Halloween season for a night full of dazzling costumes, electrifying beats, and the vibrant energy of The Effie. Don't miss out on this spook-tacular event that promises to be a night to remember.
Whether you identify as 2SLGBTQPIA+ or an ally, this party is for everyone who believes in equality and inclusivity. Costumes encouraged and bring your friends!

Come and join us at a new location each month for appies, drinks, and mingling! This pub night is at rotating venues each month and is 19+ only. Attendance is free, but guests are responsible for their own bills. Allies are welcome and encouraged!

Kamloops Museum & Archives
Looking to make new friends and find community? Join us at Kamloops Museum & Archives on the first Saturday of the month from 1:30-3:30pm! We will have board games, light snacks, and conversation. Feel free to bring your favourite game or activity to share.
This is a free all-ages event. Please avoid bringing in common allergens (foods, scents).
You can find us on the lower floor of KMA. There are stairs or an elevator.

Indigenous and Proud (19+)
Rebellious Unicorns Production Company Inc. is excited to announce the 4th annual Indigenous & Proud, now expanded to two vibrant locations: Kamloops and Oliver. This year’s event promises to be the most spectacular yet, featuring a dazzling lineup of Indigenous talent, including four renowned performers from Canada’s Drag Race, alongside other incredible Indigenous drag artists. Including an exclusive interview segment by host Ella Lamoureux with each of the performers, providing a unique opportunity to learn more about the performers and their inspiring journeys.
Performers: Kaos, Ilona Verley, Chelazon Leroux, Beth, Ella Lamoureux, Jaylene Tyme, and Rez Daddy.

Ella's Naughty Drag Brunch (16+)
Join us at Bright Eye Brewing in Kamloops for a naughty back to school themed Ella's Drag Brunch! This special edition features the fabulous Ella Lamoureux as our host, with the sensational Ginny Tonyk as our special guest.

Drag Me to Dinner
HELLO UGLIES - We’re back from the dead!
Join us Thursday, October 24th at Bright Eye Brewing for an evening of drag entertainment, presented by your local queerdos at Haus of Misfit, hosted by Virginia Slim and featuring Hollie Woods and Wanda Lust with special guest Autumn Horizon!
It’s no secret that Halloween is just gay Christmas, and we’re having a costume party about it!
Come prepared for audience participation, appies, and door prizes!
Advance tickets are $25+tax, or $30+tax at the door.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Parental discretion is advised.
COSTUME CONTEST! Audience participation time! We want to see your Halloween costumes, and if you have the best costume you could win special prizes from Haus of Misfit!

Kamloops United Church Thrift Shop
Those who identify as part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and are looking for a safe and judgement-free environment to explore their gender expression and style are welcome to join us! All volunteers will be hand-selected allies and/or members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. There will be assistance available for those who join to find the style that enhances their confidence while offering connections to resources and assistance with their journey. We will also be playing some great music and the KUC Thrift Shop always has affordable prices!
Please note, the KUC thrift shop accepts cash only.

Rebellious Unicorns
Various Events
Founded in 2017, Rebellious Unicorns is a 100% 2SLGBTQ+ owned events, broadcasting and media production company, dedicated to leading positive change in the Okanagan and curating inclusive events, experiences, and programming that bring people together. Rebellious Unicorns has produced a variety of in-person events for the 2SLGBTQ+ community and allies, including the drag-focused extravaganza, FruitCake, and the business social, the MX. One of RUPC’s signature events, Peak Pride, is a winter pride festival held at mountain resorts in BC such as Big White, SilverStar, Sun Peaks, and RED Mountain Resort, attracting hundreds of attendees from Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest.
